Who we are
This website is operated by Xoptooz. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@xoptooz.com.
Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, your project details, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and budget range.
- Chat assistant: the messages you type. If you share your name and email address in the chat so we can follow up, we store them together with the conversation.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse of the contact form and chat (rate limiting). Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project or product.
- To notify our team by email when a new enquiry arrives.
- To protect the website against spam and misuse.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
- Email: enquiry notifications are sent through Microsoft 365.
- AI chat: chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the assistant's replies.
- Website assets: fonts and styling libraries are loaded from Google Fonts and the jsDelivr CDN, which receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work: a security token that protects forms (CSRF) and a session cookie used to show confirmation messages. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us by emailing admin@xoptooz.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
